Thank you for your interest in the SFPA. We are a fraternal association of Professional Athletes and the membership requirements are as follows. You must have at least 1 verifiable season playing on what is commonly known a Professional level Team. Ie: NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, PBR, NASCAR, etc. You may also qualify in an individual class such as the PGA. If interested, please complete the application summit for Board review.
